Ingredients

2 salmon fillets (150-180 g each)
1 tbsp neutral oil
Salt & black pepper
1 lemon
tbsp Wild Olive Oil


Instructions

1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
2. Heat pan over medium-high heat. Add neutral oil.
3. Cook salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes.
4. Flip and cook 2-3 minutes more.
5. Rest for 1 minute.
6. Finish with Wild Olive Oil and lemon juice.
