How will I receive my order?
We make deliveries and shipments offering the following options
Receipt and payment of your order
Orders will be sent out by UPS courier within two working days after
payment confirmation, depending on stock availability.
The products from Homeware Categroy will be sent out by UPS courier within two – four weeks after payment confirmation, depending on stock availability.
How will I know the availability of the product?
Reading the relevant labeling on the product page:
• Ready for delivery: Attention! Even if the product looks “ready for delivery” you should place an order online
•
Immediately available: It means that the product is available in the
warehouse and will be shipped after 2 working days, depending on the
destination.
• On Order: The product is not immediately available but
is expected to be received within a certain period of time that varies
from 2 to 4 weeks.
